- Do not soak
- Do not wring
- Wash separately. Minimal colour bleeding expected over the first few washes
- Do not tumble dry or use heat to dry
- Allow the product to air dry in shade
- Iron on the reverse side of the fabric (this is the side with the brand label). Avoid ironing over the label.
- Do not bleach
- If necessary, dry clean only after consultation with your dry cleaner for their ability to handle natural dyes.
Since we upcycle textiles for our packaging, we do not take any responsibility of the performance of those fabrics with the aforementioned care instructions.

Hi Welcome to Wudbox,
At Wudbox you are viewing the produce of the local crafts people of your country. We promote small businesses & individual artists and provide a platform for them to pursue their passion and love for creative work.
Until now these people have only sold locally, but now their designs and work is seen nationwide through us. All they need is your support and encouragement to succeed in their endeavor.
These sellers are either craftsmen themselves or are directly working with one to bring these pieces of art into existence and hence their products are appropriately priced citing the fact that there is no middlemen.
The prices of the goods include the cost of the raw materials, the time that it takes to produce these products, the GST and the money required by the craftsmen to sustain their modest living. Also, all these products are made in small quantities and do not have the advantage of the bulk products produced with the machines.
Be assured that your product is made with a lot of love, care and attention given to the details. To err however is human and it might contain a few irregularities and that is what makes each piece unique and different.
We constantly give our feedback and inputs to these newly arrived sellers about the products and packaging process, however if you have certain useful insights then do feel free to share them with us, it will definitely help them to succeed faster.
Certain out sourced external factors like logistics are out of our control, however, we do track them and also empower you by providing the tracking details the moment they are provided to us.
Above all, Wudbox promotes a shift from a society of over-consumption of products and services to one based on well-being, belonging and sustainable living. After all a country and indirectly we progress only when there is a uniform distribution of income and people are able to sustain their presence.
And yes ofcourse, who minds using a product that is definitely unique and uncommon and makes them stand out.
Mrittika is an Indian fashion accessories brand of RuMi Craft LLP that aims to provide its clientele with products exhibiting an elevated aesthetic, made with authentic handcrafted fabrics and leather alternatives, while working directly with a myriad of craft clusters in India, with emphasis on fair pay, sustainability, social conscience and transparency.
Mrittika’s goal is to be recognised and revered among both customers, as well as craftspersons as a socially conscious, transparent and sustainable brand that is making a difference in the Indian handloom and handcrafted textile sector through its efforts.
‘Mrittika’ is a Sanskrit word that means, ‘born from the earth.’ It also refers to the goddess of the earth or ‘Mother Earth,’ as many people call it. The decision to name the brand so came from the earthy calling that the founders wish Mrittika’s products to deliver to their customers. They believe that there is a certain connection to the earth that human beings bear. This connection is evident in the attractiveness of the rustic and uneven quality of handmade fabrics. Therefore, in a mechanised world full of synthetic products, Mrittika’s products are meant to remind its customers of their roots.
RuMi Craft is the conjunction of Vishakha Ruhela and Nandini Misra, the founders of the company, and their deep love and passion for crafts. Rumi is also a Japanese name that connotes beauty and flow, and is also the popular name of Jelaluddin Rumi, a 13th-century Persian poet, Islamic scholar, theologian and Sufi mystic, who wrote beautiful and poignant poetry, which inspires the founders of the company.
