Return Policy

We at WudBox assert our intentions to delight our customers by enhancing their online shopping experience. Hence, we look forward to extend our extensive support at all times to guarantee quality of products bought at our website and app. In case the product is not the same as the product shown on the website or is damaged, we offer a 3-day return on the products bought on our website. Products should be returned in the original condition. Following are our simple policies regarding returns:

 

  1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
  2. Not all products are eligible for returns. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  3. The Wudbox Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will discuss regarding a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
  4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Invoice. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order.
  5. Once your return has been authorized, you will have to courier the product to the “Return Address” mentioned on the package received by you. Please note that in case you wish to return the product because of any reason not mentioned below the return courier charge shall be borne by you. 
  6. Once you have sent the product, you have to send us the tracking details of the shipment.
  7. On confirmation of the above, we’d be happy to process your refund. You will receive the refund within 2-5 working days after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
  8. You will receive an email from us once we receive the package. In case you do not get a confirmation from us regarding receipt of the returned product, you are advised to track the shipment with the courier service provider to which, you have handed over the product. You can also track the package on couriers website.

  10. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Defective/Damaged Product
  • Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications
  • Wrong Color/ Size/ Style sent by mistake by the seller
  • Incorrect Quantity
  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Part of Product is missing
  • Non-receipt of Invoice / Warranty
  1. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Consumable Product
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
  • Serial Number is tampered
  • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty card and reported after 10-days.
  • Damaged products reported after 3-days.
  • Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product.
  • Product is used or worn or altered
  1. Categories not eligible for Return:
  • Healthcare Products
  • Customized Products
  • Perishables including Flowers, Edibles, etc.
  • Undergarments, Lingerie, Swimsuits, etc.
  • Products specifically mentioned as non-returnable or non-refundable
